Daniel Saez Domingo
President
Telecommunications Engineer from the Universitat Politècnica de València and holder of a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from EOI. His career focuses on strategic management, innovation and competitive intelligence in the ICT sector.
He is Director of Strategic Intelligence at ITI, President of Gaia-X Spain and a member of European governing bodies such as BDVA and Gaia-X Europe. He represents ITI in key initiatives and has led more than ten collaborative projects, driving ecosystems and capabilities in the data economy.
Dolores Ordoñez Martínez
Vice President
Specialised in Smart Cities, tourism and European funds, she has taken part in strategic plans for smart cities and destinations in leading municipalities and in the Balearic Government. Her experience combines urban innovation, digital transformation and sustainability.
With 20 years of experience in European projects, she brings a comprehensive vision of governance, mobility and energy efficiency. She is a lecturer and international speaker in the field of connected cities.
Enrique Serrano Montes

CEO of Tinámica, a company specialised in artificial intelligence solutions for large organisations, where he leads business development and the execution of transformation projects. He has spent more than eleven years driving the adoption of AI in banking, energy, retail, public administrations and healthcare.
He is also President and CEO of MBIT School, a pioneering school in big data and AI, and a member of the Board of Directors of AMETIC, where he contributes to strengthening Spain’s digital ecosystem and data economy.
Josep Aracil Gallardo

Telecommunications Engineer from the UPC and Head of Strategy and Public Affairs for Iberia and Latin America at Inetum since 2024. He has developed his career in sectors such as transport, healthcare, defence, energy and telecommunications, always with a focus on innovation and digital services.
He advocates a technology vision aimed at building more transparent and equitable societies, and actively participates in CEOE, AMETIC, Fundación Círculo and Gaia-X. His work promotes collaborative ecosystems and the responsible adoption of AI.
César Blanco García
Secretary
Professional with more than 20 years of experience in ICT and business development, specialised in leading commercial and operational projects focused on growth and performance improvement.
He is currently Managing Partner and brings a strategic vision focused on sustainable expansion, organisational efficiency and the creation of valuable partnerships in digital environments.
Israel Barbero-Rodríguez
Treasurer
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Alisys, he leads the commercial strategy for artificial intelligence, robotics and cloud technology solutions. His work focuses on generating sustainable growth through the deployment of advanced tools in key sectors.
With experience in international sales and market development, he brings a strong global vision and the ability to design complex technological solutions in multicultural ecosystems.

Alberto Abella
General Manager
Telecommunications Engineer, MBA and PhD in Business Administration (open data), specialised in open data, open government and Smart Cities. He has more than 30 years of experience in the IT sector and in strategic projects. Since March 2026, he has been General Manager of Gaia-X Spain.
He is a COTEC Foundation expert in open data, founder of the Spanish chapter of the Open Knowledge Foundation (OKFN) and the Barcelona Open Data initiative, and author of more than 20 scientific publications on open data and smart cities. He is also the author of three white papers on free software in Spain, four reports on the state of open data in Spain, and the creator of the MELODA data reusability metric.
Francisca Rubio Berenguel
Director of Expansion and Ecosystem
Electronic Engineer from the University of Granada, with training in Physical Sciences, photovoltaics (UPM), big data and data engineering. Since April 2023, she has served as General Manager of Gaia-X Spain and, since March 2026, as Expansion and Ecosystem Director.
With more than 20 years of international experience in R&D, renewable energy, automotive, smart buildings and big data, she has taken part in the creation of innovation centres such as ISFOC, the Ricardo Valle Institute and Gaia-X itself. Her career brings together technical leadership, team management and ecosystem building.
Susana Establés Susán
Administration/Communication
Graduate in Business Administration and Management, specialised in business consultancy and corporate communication. Since 2023, she has been responsible for administration and communication at Gaia-X Spain, where she coordinates internal management, member relations, digital communication and event organisation.
She has extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors, carrying out administration, accounting, personnel management and team coordination functions, always with a focus on growth and efficiency.
